New Forms for Spouse Sponsorship Application - 2017??

Dear All,

I have been working on my forms (2016) for the Spouse application and got to know that this has been changed and updated on 15th December, 2016 . Now i am following the new forms. Has anyone is preparing the same and are in same boat??

I would like to know if there is any so i can coordinate and request help on my queries.
