New form for spousal sponsorship

Hello!
did anyone here already use the new form? Just wanna know how you fill out the new forms which the principal applicant and the sponsor has the same form,did both of you sign one form?or did you sign one each of the same form?

One form, both need to fill together and sign. Read the new checklist. It has sections mentioning who has to fill which form.
