New Form eIMM5669 Q: Who have to fill this form?

My wife and I have no Kids
Who have to fill this form? Only her or both of us separate sheets?

With new forms, can i still sponsor my wife by OUTLAND?
She live with me in canada with visitor visa

r u PR or Canadian citizen if yes then she means principal applicant. till 31 Jan u can apply with old forms.

I am Citizen. Old form are mostly done. Maybe i should use them... I think new one is more simple though

About eIMM5669 both of us have to fill it?

I personally feel new ones are better.u don't need to fill.she has to because you are a sponsor she need to immigrate to Canada.
