Thank you, Saria1, for encouraging words.

I did the same mistake as some others. Downloaded the forms just few days before the emerging of updated forms and sent the application out 3rd of December with old form.

Same mistake.... will it be rejected just for wrong generic form

I think that it's unlikely that it will be rejected. The change was minor and only administration, not information or contract.

I have started process in August starting and posted Application in November 13th.
I have used June version. Does the form has been changed in August also?

only change in form was thy omit visa office column .. thy decide it thmselves...

This form has since been updated again (Feb 2015). The creator of this thread should update the subject line.

I created this thread in November. I created another thread after the February update.
It's sad few of them have not even used the November form.
