New family member can delay process?

Hi friends?

we have requested update of documens 6 months ago, which we sent with our new baby documents added. althogh my friend that posted documents the same day I did has recived his medical, I am still waiting. could it be because of new family member?

Your file may be in process. Do not worry..

Check your status online...Do not send any mail to embassy because it may delay your process...

Online status of my file is "in process". I have lodged my file on 2004! the online system has not been changed for 5 years!

We also added a family member after our initial application. When they requested us for additional doucments, we just send them the fees of new applicant, application and passport copy and photos. I do not think an infant can delay the process. You dont need any PCC or anything for him/her; so no need to worry. my case also shows "In Process" for 3 years and more.....
