How we can show them that my job offer is valid for one year after i get PR.

I have this same doubt.

For few there might be 2 yrs of valid WP. In my case i have work permit and job offer only till Jan 2018 which is not going to satisfy the condition valid JO for one year after I get PR.

I think if the job offer is a contract based job offer it should specifically say that it's for a minimum of a year after getting the PR. With that being said if the job is for a permanent full time position and it actually says that the job offer is for a permanent full time position then you should be good.

For me, My work permit will expire in April 2017. I am in Canada from 2014 may.
I got the additional 50 points in my profile. But what will do to show one year offer letter from the day when i get pR card.

Is it necessary to show that?

Looks like there is some fix going on for the mycic EE profile.

I tried to view the submitted application and getting page not found. Until yesterday I could see the submitted application and tried to resubmit/transmit to get my point reflected but no luck so far.

I wish I could see my updated points today

Hi,
I'm currently sitting on 465 points but after the 30 points I should get for my Canadian masters it should go up to 495. However there is absolutely no change in my system and my points are still 465. I don't even get a under process notice like some other people. What should I do?

Did you answer all those new questions and updated your EE profile? If Yes then it will probably add the points soon, If not go ahead and update the changes.

Hi All,

I need some suggestion regarding new rules for Express entry.

My spouse has PGWP and I am on open work permit depending on her. I am working as a fast food outlet manager (NOC 0; 6031) for last 9 months. After completing 1 year my skilled job experience in Canada will be 1 Year. And In last 10 years I have worked 1 year 8 months as food and beverage Supervisor which is skilled job in NOC B (6311).

So in skilled job experience in last 10 years Can I include Canada experience or just skilled experience out side Canada?

If I get Job offer from the same employer will I need LMIA or am I exempt, according to new rules?

Please reply if someone understood new rules.

Thanks

New changes are not applicable for PGWP.

You gotto wait.

These Instructions came into force on November 19, 2016.
Note: All changes will be in place as of November 19, 2016. However, some foreign nationals might not see their Comprehensive Ranking System score change for several days. All scores will be updated before the next round of invitations to apply. Those foreign nationals who would benefit from new points for Canadian study credentials or changes to job offer requirements will need to update their profiles and answer new questions to receive points.
Applications for permanent residence for foreign nationals invited to apply before November 19, 2016 will be assessed based on the previous Ministerial Instructions.

I went to my express entry profile and went to the update study section and just put in info for my masters again. I'm very confused how exactly do I access the page where I have to answer questions for my points to be update?
