New Express Entry Documents Issue

I am main applicant and have done Engineering from Pakistan. For ECA from WES they asked to get attestation from Secondary (10th), Higher Secondary (11th & 12th) and Engineering Degree. After doing all attestation WES was done successfully.

Spouse have done Secondary (10th) from Pakistan and Associate (Diploma) From USA & Bachelors In Engineering from USA.
For WES they said if Engineering from USA then only Engineering Degree is required for attestation.

Once we enter EE pool and get 414 CRS, after getting ITA we need to upload all documents including educational.
Since we are getting points for spouse engineering degree as well.

So my question is when at the time of ITA we submit educational documents will 10th Associates(diploma) BS (degree) will be enough or they will say 11th & 12th is also required.

Highest degree is required only to claim all the points.

Yes that is what I know only highest degree required after ITA .

But we are through agent and he is well known, have done few cases from my own close friends. They are in Canada now.

But what he says we upload all documents in order to be on safe side, so they need from 10th till onward.

---- If you fulfill CIC requirements, you are on safe side, otherwise you are not !
Since you have a well known agent working for you (though his very first statement of being on safe side is completely irrelevant to the whole process) please follow his instructions, and gather all the documents.

Thanks Bro for your replies. But if you see topic "Reason for Rejection" where people have mentioned that they were rejected by not uploading enough documents. I am not saying agent will always be perfect but intact few times I found them few times not having up to date knowledge.
So that is why I'm here to get help from all of you guys.

Actually I myself support uploading documents to support cases, but distantly irrelevant documents are just inviting problems and they will not bring any positive changes to your application !!!

Not uploading enough documents will result in rejection (but this is about relevant documents, such as POF, PCC, Passport bio page, birth certificate for a dependent child etc). You can see the summary of reasons of rejection in my signatures.

IN short you don't need this document, and it won't give your application any boost at all, but as I said, if you are following an agent, you will have to listen to him.
