i made new EE profile with a new email id/ gc key . the reason is

1- in old profile the updates were not being submitted even after many months. so i withdrew the profile
2- i had also an expired ee profile in old gc key,

now while making new EE profile i found a question that " has you applied before to immigration..... ?"

i wrote YES and mentioned the profile number and UCI number of expired EE profile from old gckey.

did i do right???? plz help

There was a discussion on the same issue and expert seniors replies were to write 'No'...
have you ever applied become 'YES' only post ITA and eAPR...
further advise may be asked from seniors on the forum...as long as you hadn't applied for PR and got declined in the past, your present profile should be fine ....and the answer will have a bearing only if the answer is YES with a PR being declined in the past as CIC might be interested to know why it got declined before....(for extra scrutiny)...now if they check they will know that your never got an ITA before / applied before...so incaee at a later stated (after receiving ITA/and submission of eAPR) if you get a query at any later stage, you can clarify by way of a LOE...
