The new updated checklist with the 7. proof of relationship on page 6 to sponsor is a bit confusing.

Background - I'm Can/US, Husband is US, we live in the US.

So we do not have any children together, that is checked no, and because of that, does that mean, according to the box that states "if you answered yes to all 4..." (which we did not), we have to also provide the information below the text box (the photos and the 1 document from 3 following sets)

Because we also live together, and the area above the box states provide the following 2 of 3 options, and the area below states provide 1 from 3 of the following options, do we need to provide a total of 3 or 5 items from the list including both option lists? That's a bit confusing to me.

Just confirming, it's this list:
1 joint ownership of property (also used for living together proof)
2 proof of joint utility accounts (also used for living together proof)
3 important documents showing the same address - can bank statements work here? (also used for living together proof)
4 important documents recognized as each other's spouse - not sure what this would be. We're not on each others' insurance plans.
5 document evidence of financial support - what is this other than bank statements?
6 other proof relationship is recognized by family/friends

Thanks

I agree, this is really not clear!!! :o

This is how I understand the checklist.
Because you didn't answer yes to all 4, you have to provide 1 document in 3 of the options.
But because you live with your spouse, 2 of the options must be in the 3 first ones. Does that make sense?
So you would have to provide documents in 3 options only.
