New Delhi visa office

I have sponsored to bring my wife and children to Canada.
They passed medicals and biometrics have been submitted and biometrics numbers have been received. I got a message on 22 Dec 2019 that file has been moved to New Delhi office.
No update since then, and I was able to link application to my online account. There the status shows that it will be processed by October 4th 2020.
Does anyone know if visa office in Delhi is working? I have come to hear that the office is not working, any idea anyone?

I have similar time line ( app transferred to ndvo on 24th Dec ). does your account really state that it will be processed by 4th Oct ?

That's what the progress bar on my online account says.
My express entry visa came more than 3 months after the time on progress bar was over. So we can say nothing until we hear from them.

That progress bar is not accurate according to many opinions, they should not even show that

Progress bar shows estimated time for processing. We are not in normal processing.

Progress bar doesn’t reflect the processing status of your application. It’s the one year time converted to percentage. If 6 months have passed since you submitted, then the progress bar will show as 50%.

Even after 1 year past it continues showing 100 for many more months too

We now know Delhi Visa office has started working. We got a call from Delhi office asking for some details.

MY friend is waiting to come to India to sell off very big chunk of his LAND ,, if 14 days JAIL stops for which he would pay like 2 lakh INR ! ANy comments if this term is still in force where they force guys to go to a 5 STAR hotel for 14 days quarantine ? Thanks in advance

Hi, have you received any further updates from NDVO for your application? I think everyone that has been transferred to NDVO is waiting anxiously. Mine was transferred as well and it's been radio silence since then.

I did receive an update from the office and now have the visas for my family.
My application was received in Sep 2019 and transferred to Delhi in Dec 2019, it was approved and visas sent by Nov 15 2020. At this point I hear that only family class applications are being processed(which are now taking little over an year ).

Not very clear did you get PPT stamped so spouse can travel? Please reply
