I guess that might be a reason why the third line was not being updated in ur ECAS, for myself and people I know Landing fees was requested before medical was requested and the third line appeared on the same day for eg: my landing fees was requested on 22 Sep , ECAS was showing status 'we started processing ur file on 22nd of Sep', since they requested both Medical and landing fees together for you, that might be the reason it only shows medical received status, so nothing to worry about.

PPR- 10 Feb-2017 ( it was in spam message folder :'( :'().

I called CIC canada. The rep told me that they cant access my file and i have to contact NDVO. I called new delhi office, they said they cant provide any information in phone and they have asked me to email if there is any queries.
there is no proper communication system for NDVO. I dono what to do now.
