After AOR2 you should expect some wait with no movement on ECAS for the New Delhi VO. See the 2016 thread and the XL sheet for statuses in general. At NDVO, it has taken about 3 months when people are lucky (and more than a year if they get stuck) to get from AOR2 to Passport request.

application received for permanent residence on July 21, 2016.
started processing application on September 7, 2016. at New Delhi Visa Office)
Medical results have been received.(upfront Medical completed on February)

after file being transfer to New Delhi Visa Office 1 month ago ? NO any information has been received
so how can i inquiry the information from New Delhi Visa Office ? please help us
