Anyone applied on the last week of June and has got this status(Review of eligibility) changed?

Has anyone tried contacting the Delhi Visa Office? And are people being issued Visa or have they stopped it? I have not heard anyone getting visas since the last week.

my consultant says if we contact embassy they may return our application just have to wait. iam so worried classes starts from 28 august

Got a mail for passport request today(16.08.2017).
But has approved TRV and not study permit.
