Irrespective of timeline, they're coming randomly. If you haven't received, try mailing or calling vfs helpline.

No u cannot do that. U need to upload ur BIL letter while applying for appointment.I didn't got my Biometric Instruction Letter yet. Can I book Biometric Appointment without it ? Do they check it on appointment day ?
Send msg on Twitter. They will help u.I have booked the appointment for New Delhi but they have just email me an slot for Pune. Requested them to reschedule it for New Delhi only. Don't understand how did they make such mistake.
