Congrats !!!!

I want to ask u something .. will the processing time and other proceedure be same when primary applicant ( ie Me ) is on student visa .. i just landed in canada last month and going to apply for my wife's TRV in the begining of Oct 2013

I hold a valid B1 canada visa with mulitple entry, i have planned to apply for my spouse. Will i get the visa for her? I am currently in india and have plans to travel on business for 3 weeks to canada in 30 days.

Please suggest..

We are taking help from an agency from my home country .They have advised us to come up with the following docs

*invitation letter from me to my wife mentioning my adress, her planned date of arrival and departure etc etc
*Full time enrolment letter from the college
*Copy of my Study permit
*Her bank statemnt with enough funds and bank manager's certification
*Any docs which would show her assests in India.
*If she is working then a letter from her employer with her leave details
*All these should be notarized

MY WIFE APPLIED TRV ON SEP 26TH AND SHE GOT REJECTION LETTER TODAY BY THE FOLLOWING REASONS.

YOU HAVE NOT SATISFIED ME THAT YOU WOULD LEAVE CANADA AT THE END OF YOUR STAY AS A TEMPORARY RESIDENT FOR FOLLOWING REASONS

1.TRAVEL HISTORY

2.NOT SATISFIED THAT YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS INCLUDING INCOME OR ASSETS TO CARRY OUT YOUR STATED PURPOSE

I had shown 10000$ CAD in my account and 3000$CAD IN MY WIFE'S ACCOUNT. What I have to do know? Please advice me?

she can show her brother as a sponsor along with me? (or) she has to put some more money in her account? please hep me. I wanted to reapply again
