Any retro action thereafter like rejection of file, or non issue of Visa, the fees is refunded if it is in a refundable stage...
Ok, Let us forget the RPRF and put it this way; What could be the probable reason some guys have been given visas within days of submitting documents and some guys like SILENT have waited more than 3 months after submmitting docs?
