Sorry mate, that "property" thing will not do your job. Immigration officials require "Readily transferable money" as your assets, so that they can be utilized ASAP when on need. You can show your running bank account, ppf, Post office bonds, FDs, Bonds etc. Property comes under "immovable wealth", so cannot be taken to Canada for your needs. Ask your Consultant about more options.

My ecas got updated on 23 january 2012 after a long wait of more than a yr.

got the medicals and passport request on 23rd june.


will do the medicals by next week.

pls tell me when can i expect my pp back and which is the best means by which i can send my pp to CHC new delhi.

First, you have to wait till January 1, 2013 to apply...

Second, property evaluation cannot be shown as POF..you need to show cash in bank account or in fixed deposit...Even PF can be shown as funds....

Whenever you submit your pp and medical after that you have to wait 3 to 5 month for po back as per my experience Y2patel

Today i got a additional line under IN PROCESS in my ecas, that is Medicals have been received. My rprf was cleared on 13th june.

Does this mean i am through my medicals and whn can i expect decision made in my case? Please guide.

Hi dear friend,

I sent my entire package (Passport, RPRF fees and Section A of medicals) to NDVO on 5th june 12 and it was recvd by them on 6th june 12. I have double checked with my bank they have confirmed that draft has been cleared on 13th june 12.

HI dear Friend,

Congrats for getting your medicals request. You are almost there.

Visa issuance is on case to case basis, some friends on this forum have recieved them in as low as 10 days and some of them at waiting from 4 to 5 months.

You can use Bluedart for sending courier to NDVO, they are the only courier agencies that carry passports or else you can use Speed post too, but i prefered Bluedart coz they do next day delivery and also gets us the acknowledgement for the same.

All the best and do keep us updated regarding any progress in your case.

My RPRF was encashed on 19th April 2012 and local address line emerged in ECAS on 9th June 2012.
Its almost 20 days I have not received anything...
My PPs are almost above 3 months with them...

after a longggg wait.......my ecas is showing DM

it is showing my two address as
your home address-vancouver bc canada

your mailing address-...........vancouver bc canada

but my local indian address is not mentioned there????

still i m waiting for my PP.............

how long it takes to delivery pp from NDVO????
