Thank you so much Pinakini. Finally another line about decision has been added in my ECas just now. I am so happy! I hope they have already issued me visa. Is there any chance of rejection after Medicals and RPRF request? This forum is very useful and moreover, it's like a lucky charm for me. Everything is going smoother after i joined this forum. My address disappeared, I have checked today but it may be disappeared from long time. what dose it means? is it good sign? My medical line was updated on 15 Feb 2012."Medical results have been received"

till date status "IN Process".when it will turn into DM?

Please guide me seniors.

I don't think you got this reply recently, coz these are old funds, and the required funds have been updated more than a year ago.

I rcvd my CSQ on 7th feb 2011.
submitted federal application on 20th June.
rcvd AOR to undergo med checkup and submit pp and RPRF and did the same and sent every thing by 29th July.
Received RPRF receipt on 10th Sept2011 which showed that the RPRF was encashed on 27th august
eCAS status changed to Med results have been received few months later.
SINCE THEN I AM WAITING FOR MY PASSPORT Sad WHY NEW DELHI IS NOT SENDING BACK MY PP AND HOW LONG MORE I SHOULD WAIT?
on 6th Feb 2012 my lawyer contacted me and said embassy has asked to submit updated use of representative form which i submitted on the same day

I appreciate and would be thankful if anyone (specially from NDVO) can provide valuable feeedback

They don't entertain without appointment and they don't give appointments.

Last year I been there but did not get any solution.

Thanks for the info. My representative is not India so I don't think they will mail the passports out of India. I am keeping watch since DM.
