New Delhi Passport Tracking Thread

Hi,

I got the passports last week from VO, New Delhi with a letter to send a new passport for my son within 45 days. I amin US and I dont know how to get my passport from India to US and send it back within 45 days.

1. I would like to know if I can extend my passport submission date.
2. If I cancel now will I get any money back from the CIC?

Any help is appreciated.

09 Working in canada and has requested for a special speed up to return to Canada with VO.
10 First Medical request & passport request - 20th May 2010.Requested for the postponment as they were expecting their first baby
11 Query1 solved and send: 27 nov 2010. Last query (2) solved and send: DEC 15 2010.
12 mailing address missing with ND, sent again
13 got re-medical to spouse on 21st Jan 2011 ( sputum test, expected to take 45 days more)

You can write to CHC explaining your condition and will get some extension
2. If I cancel now will I get any money back from the CIC?
RPRF is refundable but processing fees is not at this stage of application

Any help is appreciated.

I have a good news, I had got a call from my consultancy saying that our VISA has come to the office, and we need to go and collect it. Isn't that great after a long wait. I know it is not the longest but yes, long for us.
Happily tomorrow we are planning to attend the CIIP session in Bangalore.
We are planning to leave by March mid. I pray that all of you guys will make it soon to Canada .

Hurrah............I hav got my visa after a long..................waiting.


I have got a call today from my agents that they have received my visa along with all document on Friday evening.

God is almighty. I visited the famous kali temple of my city Kolkata on Sunday and believe me today i have got the news. I pray for everyone in this forum to get visa very soon. specially GAV bhai.........believe me he will get by this week or latest by next week.

I am very happy and now plaaning for my next move.
