how many days it took for CHC after you submitted the PP? <30 ?

Brother if you are talking about my expectation then according to me i would have got it long back .....But i guess deciding authority is CHC lets see....Looking at the current i am expecting the VISA in week or so ....need a lot of good wishes from you....

Hi Gaurav,

I can understand your situation. The wait after submitting passports is all the more painful. My job requires visiting Muscat(from Dubai) once or twice a month. And then I want to attend a marriage at Chandigarh later this month. Wonder why CHC can't complete all checks before PPR. We are in a helpless situation. Can only pray and draw strength from others!

Happy to see peers here. Hi Ankit/Senior Members, can you pls add me in to tracking, so that it will be useful for me and others. I am waiting everyday for documents to come. Let me know your thoughts as when do you think i will be receiving it in days. It will be helpful to get an idea and prepare myself.


Following are my details: ( Applied through imm.agent and for 4 members of family)

ECAS STATUS:

* application for permanent residence on December 10, 2009.
* reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 9, 2010.
* application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
* transferred your application to the New Delhi office on February 17, 2010.
* Your application was reviewed and we started processing on October 19, 2010.

Dear Ankit,

I sent my pp to CHC on 2nd nov and it reached there on 3rd Nov. My agent sent other docs(like rprf ) on 9th and it reached CHC on 11th November. the Receipt of RPRF is 16th November.

now please suggest me from which date i should count my date of PP/document submission to CHC.

Ashu not sure if we have enough data to predict the PP delivery correctly but it may take 60 days from day you submitted your final document

Yes brother....we can as a matter of fact i have been doing research n talking to people...one my friends got his immigration done last year been in touch with him as well seeking some meaningful information.....

Hi Gaurav,
Its good to know that you are in Chandigarh nowadays. If i get passport back by next weekend i will be able to make it to Chandigarh in time for the marriage and of course meet you. May God bless us all and end this waiting period soon.
