Indira,
The Visa were issued on 27th May (Friday)..and were out to post on 31st May (Tuesday). The postman delivered next day,,I am at Delhi..
you got DM status a day b4 me so implied date of issue could be 26th..posted on 30th,, and to reach Chennai,,may be by 2nd,,or max 3rd...get hold of the postman,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Update on the good news...
Here I have started preparing for the list of things I have to do b4 landing...The worst thing is seperation from employer...I hate most,,

Actually i was out sick for 10 days and unsure when the status changed :-\. I hope to receive the passports by end of this week

One thing Dev....can you confirm you received the PPs through registered mail or speed post. and all who have received PPs can comment please.

Hi Vishesh, my consultant received them at his office so by the time I got them they were in the folder provided by him. Others who received them personally might be better able to answer this. My guess is that you will be getting them before this weekend.

Indira, I checked it yesterday night only as i said i was out of station..Most probably it would have been this Tuesday as PPs were dispatched that day only. Stamped on 27th May. You will get it today or tomorrow at max. Best of luck.

Yes I am on facebook, not sure if i m a part of the group. I will be there now. I am planning to go to Kingston, ON. I will see if i will go to Toronto but i think that is the destination for landing. Rest i will plan it with my brother-in-law there and keep you posted and see if we can land together. It will be great fun also.

Air India is the cheapest i have found. If anyone of you know any other cheaper option to land in Toronto please update us.
