i am moving to brampton,toronto,,,i am planning to move in mid of march....

one thing more,,,,we r expecting a baby in last of july or august,my wife is pregnant right now,,do i need to update this info to chc?

my consultant recieved it.....
but last year i recieved passports of my parents from american embassy....
they were through blue dart

On page 123 of this forum it was correct

There won't be any update on ECAS. Only update before visa, you can expect is RPRF receipt acknowledgement which should get with in 2 weeks from the date of submission.

We can understand about your waiting concern.

I have 1 query. I applied for FBI Background Clearance/check(PCC) for me and my wife. Today i checked with them and came to know that mine finger prints were accepted and they have sent me the that, But for my wife according to them finger print quality is poor and they want us to send it again.

Please suggest me from where i should take these finger prints again,.

I want to know shall i forward my USA PCC only to ND VO ? or shall i wait for my wife's PCC also to come and i send these both together to ND VO ??

Just want to add that i have already submitted my full docs to ND VO including India PCC's except FBI PCC. I have told them in cover letter about sending FBI Pcc's late.

I think they ask these docs with medicals correct ?

Please suggest me on this please.

I Called my consultant to know whether they received the RPRF receipt.. And said they yet to receive it..

I handover the DD and PP to the local office of my consultant on 2nd Feb, and hence they should have dispatched it by 7th Feb (Monday).. so the third week is about to close since the PP and RPRF submission and no update from CHC, ND..

Every single day passing creating a huge panic..

Yes that is not true,

5 months before when i emailed CHC they gave a generic reply but just after 1 week my status turned to in-process and then medical

I think i may send a case specific inquiry , What is your opinion Navvy100, Did you send before you got visa

Any member of this thread , we should send a case specific inquiry or not

nsukan,my consultant also told me same thing,and i forced to them to send the one e-mail,

just only for knowing the status that where we are,

and they sent the mail to CHC and result is in front of u.

i just only know that we are just remind them,and they r taking so much time.

i only just pray 4 u guys that visa will come in the next week.

hey guys,

i have a doubt... When will the CHC issue the RPRF receipt - upon receipt of DD or upon realisation of DD?

Coz, even as of date, when I checked with the bank, the DD is still showing as unrealised.

The despatch and delivery of the DD has been confirmed by my agent. Also, CHC received the DD on 11/2/2011 as per Proof of delivery . However, it appears that they had some problem in connecting the DD number to my file, so they had called me for clarification. I gave them the DD details and even faxed a copy to them on 21/2/2011.

Is it normal for CHC to keep the DD without depositing? Does it mean that the file has not been taken up for processing? Is there any cause for concern? ??? ???
