Hello everybody ,

Please consider my points ...

**CHC reviewed our applications and sent us the medicals on the basis of File Xfer date ,but no visa was issued on that base ,,

I feel that they are making decisions on the basis of the file submission ...because when we check the processing time at CIC website it says 10 months from the date of submission of full application .

There is a possiblity that they are reviewing the appications on the basis of xfer and giving decision on the basis of document submission ..

this is just my assuption....

Their are definitely some Brownie points for submitting early. It's difficult to correlate though.

Actually CIO Sydney puts a BFD of 120 days from the date they send you an AOR. Now on the BFD, the VO evaluates your application for minimum eligibility & then puts another BFD for further processing. So the relativity of time comes only after 120 days of AOR. Now it depends how good your submission is... the better it is the sooner it will be processed. Once an applicant submits full documents, the VO only checks for completeness & then gives a second AOR. The file is first reviewed only on the BFD date (i.e. 120 from the date of 1st AOR).

That is why the file transfer date becomes relevant for us, since it is linked to the first AOR.

Congratulation Quidee

So far
konda, ajithpl, Isha, cprak0, navvy100, charmi, quidee, Vidya_offto_canada, CAPR, nwaraich, singh092120 and me (Stev) whose address have disappeared, out of which konda, ajithpl, Isha, cprak0 and quidee 5 applicants got visas

Obviously its a error while updating the database, may be triggers error in DB!

It's a positive sign that they are working on our files.
Lets hope for the best, May GOD bless us all

Where is the address displayed while checking the E-case cos I find many people say "missing address". I can only see my full name and "Application Received" status, clicking on which only one liner detail.

ACTUALLY I M MADAM ....I AM RAMINDER KAUR( chandigarh)............I sent passports on 28 january 2011 and i havent receive any receipt..........i directly get passports today......

i get back the passports after 15 days

Its really strange...



MAY ALL PEOPLE GET THEIR VISAS VERY SOON.........BECAUSE I KNOW ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING TO WAIT FOR SO LONG....
