New Delhi or Bangalore Visa office?

My sister applied for study permit under SPP category on 5 th august. If was paper based from vfs Ahmadabad. She got the following email on 8 th august.

Dear applicant, Visa application, tracking ID No. X – has been forwarded to the Canada Visa Office , New Delhi on 08/08/2016. An auto e-mail will be generated to inform you when the application is returned and is available for collection at the application Centre, Ahmedabad. Please note this is an auto generated e-mail. Please do NOT reply to this email.

Around same time she also got SMS that her file is processing at Bangalore.

My question is that which consulate is processing her file?
Is she late in applying for September intake?

It has to be Banglore. I also received the same email.

To make sure check on online tracking number. But 99% it has to be banglore. And its bad luck!

Yes very late. Your file reached visa office on 8th!

Banglore office hasn't yet processed files who applied on 7th, 8th july!!
