New Delhi office delaying Work Permit - PNP Nominee

Hi,

I am a pnp nominee with a positive LMO. My immigration consultant applied for my WP online on Dec 16th. We got a request for additional documents on Jan 28th and we submitted everything on feb 2nd 2016 through my CIC a/c. Since then we did not receive any communication from them. According to CIC website the processing time for Delhi is 2 months, which is over. I too have submitted a case specific enquiry, but did not receive any response.

How long could this process take? I am a bit worried as I am not being able to start my work. Please advice !

Hi,

I am still waiting for the medical request. Though in between they had communicated twice ---- once asking add doc for my husband ( Jan 28) then for me ( Feb 2). Our consultant was a bit late in replying with the documents for my request, for a wierd mess- up done by CIC. Though they asked for my documents they had put the request in my husband's account. The consultant received a message, however in checking my account there was no message. It was a matter of coincidence that after few days he just checked my husband's account and found out about their request. We responded immediately i.e on 19th Feb and also left a note for clarification. The last date for submitting the docs is Mar 6th. Though we have submitted way before it yet there's no reply.

Any idea what could be done or how much more long will it take. It's really frustrating to wait endlessly like this.

Details of my Prospective employer
a) Name of Employer (If you are employed by a foreign employer who has been awarded a contract to provide services to a Canadian entity, please identify the foreign employer here)

As I have been offered job by Canadian Employer, shall I write Not Applicable on above query or write my Canadian employer name? Confused.
