I have to go back anyways to bring them to Canada because travelling with an infant child alone for 15-16 hours is not possible. Its financially not possible to travel to India frequently

Got Pre-arrival on 7th March, after that nothing till now.
hi.. while viewing the status of my application using the online tool on 29th march 2019 i came to know that my medical request has been generated on 22nd march 2019. i had hired a paid authorised representative based in Canada and we asked him about this on 30th march , since we had not received any communication on this from him which we should have .. but got no response and after repeatedly mailing and calling him i came to know through his relatives that he has died. i called the cic toll free no. to know whether the medical email has been sent or not to which they responded that it has been sent. but till 29th march the representative had sent all the mails of other clients that he received which we checked through his Indian counterparts.. so there is still confusion that whether he received the email or not else he would have definitely forwarded it to me as he used to. amid this confusion of not knowing what is the status exactly cuz my representative was not replying i had sent an email to NDVO to give me the email directly but they to dint reply and when i finally came to know that the representative died i raised the web form on 5th april 2019 asking them remove him as representative, send me all communications that were send to him in the past 15 days, the medical email and extension for medical . kindly help me..is there any other thing to be done and when does cic revert for such cases as this is an emergency case since my time limit for medical will expire on 22nd april 2019. How long do I wait before contacting them again or which authority do I contact since my medical is due and soon reaching the deadline though I have tried to contact cic well in advance.. also haven’t received any communication or computer generated generic reply after putting the web form..
Same boat..its tooo irritating now ...can c more updates of aug...still stuck aftr pre arrival

Send the same information on this webform. NDVO webform will not reply but this one is monitored by IRCC agents in Canada and they will reply you within 10 Days
Yes I have raised the ircc webform on 5 th april.. so they do revert within 10 days..?? just in case they don’t then should I raise another ircc webform or still wait for their reply
