Hi! I am June 19 applicant, file transferred to NDVO on 10 Jan 2019 and ECAS showed "we started processing..." on Jan 18th and there is no update after that. So, I think we both are in same boat. Keep us posted if you get any update.

It was transferred to ndvo as CIC agent said when I called them in december
