Neha we'll see how it goes keep in touch here. Our BGC started mid dec ,I researched many ppl's BGC started after and or a week be4 file to NDVO and it took max 3 months at NDVO. Worst scenario is 7 months =my rough guess , best ? it can be 1 more month onlyNo bgc not yet started

It’s easier to go through this when someone is sailing in the same boat
DO you have access to link Gckeys or ecas? If yes does it read "we started background check"
But again if I am not wrong BG check would only start after medicals!
Medicals should have come in an email which you gave, if no email it would be a letter.
Any 1 comments?
Medical comes in an e-mail as submitted by you or your rep. May like to check email daily carefully, also dont ignore SPAM folder. Yours is about the time to receive MedicalMy consultant handling my case. But my Ecas showing that
1. We received your application on August 17th. 2018.
2. We sent you AOR on NOV16th 2018.
3. We start processing your application on NOV 15 2018.
4. We sent you a letter on NOV 20th. Please consider delay in mail delivery.
My question is that I did not get any letter yet. Is that for medical request. Because on NOV 26th my consultant got email for file transfer to NVDO. Now I am worried about medical request.

Hello H sandhuinterview was in fist week of December
Almost no diff, only thing after sponsoring a PR may not live in India for long while a Citizen can live in India for long times. I am going to India may be live with her 2-3 months just for change of atmosphere, killing time and will enjoy home made foods.Just want to know if it really make any time difference for sponsoring outland spousal if the sponsor person is canadia citizen or pr holder or it's same time period for all.

Time for processing is exactly the same for both.
Some of us got emails of files transfer to NDVO, but as you said no updates whatsoever since mid DEC last year. It is sad part.No DM or PPR updates in the thread since holiday season.
