In your case it looks like your file was mostly processed right here as per WORK sharing plan, they looked at notes and started working on it.

Please keep a record of all things even now since you don't have a Pre-arr letter yet. I mean take all snapshots of all visits in India again, save boarding passes etc. YOU never know when will be needed

I am 100% sure this is going on. There was an OBO bulletin that few files will be dealt with rt here in Canada, however if any doubts which need more clarifications file would then be sent to VO with all the recommended things +ve or -ve or minor things like a Certificate checks. Eventually any file would end up at the PA'sVO for issuing a VISA

Having said above; file can be sent to NDVO just for final DM + stamping as well. I dont know how they work 4 sure but keep on reading forums or minor clarifications

Then in that case, majority of files would be sent to PA's VO as documents like marriage cert or other evidences need to be verified from the origin.

Hi,
Our file was received at Mississauga office on may 29/2018 and was transferred to delhi for further processing on aug 7/2018 and they started processing on aug 16/2018. No update after that. I called cic-Mississauga today and guy was not able to see any update becz file is already transferred to delhi office and being processed there. That’s all he told me. I m just started getting worried now.
Any other may applicant there whose file is stuck at delhi office?
