nope, unlike last time,
this time i am hopeful that march end should get bundles of PPR for May and couple of june, april end would get PPR for JUNE and some lucky july applicants (that co-incides with their commitment to july applicants to process their files in May)

i would say no, on 27th February 2018, almost every applicant got background check in process, even people with their file not opened, not even transferred to NDVO received that update but nothing happened till date other then 2-3 updates overall.
However that can even bring you early DM

Overall dont consider it for now.

Okay but it goes both way though. Besides there are atleast 10 people on the spreadsheet from may has completely wrong information...like wrong vo, wrong application type, wrong date of application and such...Please go through the cell comments

Buddy, you will have to wait for another 3-4 months at the very least. There are people who have been waiting for more than 9-10 months.

If NDVO update their processes, you may get the application done earlier. At the present situation, August-September would be the likely time to get any decision.

You are right. I was being more optimistic, who knows it's NDVO, nothing is predictable, they might speed up as in the previous years. I hope you all get DM soon.

This is my first time posting here.

I am just curious if there are any March applicants still waiting for DM?

My husband is a March 20th applicant and within a few days his application is going to exceed the 12 month processing time. I have tried contacting NDVO via email and web form yet I got no replies. Here is his timeline:

Application received March 20, 2017
AOR1 April 5, 2017
Medical request April 10, 2017
Medical passed and Schedule A & Police Certificate requested in June
AOR2 July 25, 2017
Additional docs requested at the beginning of August, 2017
BGC changed to in process in October, 2017
BGC changed to NA at the beginning of January 2018
BGC changed again to in process on Feb. 27, 2018
Waiting for DM and PPR

I called CIC at 1 (800) 242-2100 at the beginning of Jan. 2018 after the BGC status changed to NA and they told me that everything has been passed (meds, eligibility and background check) the only thing remaining is criminality, which has not started yet. When my husband's BGC changed to in process again on Feb. 27th, I thought that was IP2 for him and was hoping to get DM the next day. But nothing like that happened and now two weeks have passed since the update, yet no DM for him. I am just so lost and frustrated, I don't know what is taking so long for us.

Today I went back to the MP's office to request another inquiry but all the receptionist did was take my name and number and said we will get back to you in a couple of days. I don't have high hopes from the MP's office as last time I requested an MP inquiry, all the info they gave me was all the info available to me through GCKey. Not helpful at all.

What country is the PA from? India? Afghanistan?

He is from Afghanistan but he has lived all his life in Pakistan so we were only required to submit a Police Certificate from Pakistan.

that explains why its taking so long to process. Do another MP enquiry after 12 months mark
