i dont think thats ever going to happen, but thats a good idea.
from where i am looking at, for that to happen, india has to advance in leaps and bounce in term of technology to digitize all the BGC and stuff.
till then its all in the hands of people @ NDVO.
lets pray for us all and for them to get the strength to finish our file.. lets dashera and upcoming diwali give them the motivation and strength to give us DM.
I don't have idea of how long its gonna take. But congrats hope you get it done soon...
