New Delhi (NDVO) 2017 - Spousal Sponsorship Outside Canada

I am thinking to apply for my spouse but her visa application got rejected last year due to No Travel history, as she never traveled outside India. If i would apply again and it get rejected, it won't be good for future visa applications specially for US B1. I am thinking to put my TRV application on Hold for now.

Thanks. So the travel history was the issue. My wife has good travel history outside India. So Lets see, I am inclining towards giving

But i never got AOR2,,
I received last email from cic canada not From delhi said my file now transfer to new delhi, so now i am confused and worried,
My file submittion june 29th
Schedule A and medical request aug 29th, medical submit 15th sep
After that showing In process on Ecas,, worried about AOR. 2 now

And my one of friend applied on april 27th and she got visa on oct end , and she came here in canada on 2nd week of Nov,, so then how this possible i mean is there any criteria for processing?

Seems like they are following some pattern now though. Like in Dec, march applicants were getting DMs and PPRs and now it is April people turn going on..
Even i am a June applicant, all we can do is keep fingers crossed and pray to God...
