My timeline:

Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class received by CIC - January 13th, 2017
Received Application and UCI numbers - January 31st, 2017
Requested Background Check form - Feb 7th, 2017
Requested Background Check form (again) - March 17th, 2017
Application forwarded to Delhi Visa Office - April 11th, 2017
Received email from NDVO saying they'll begin processing by June 2017 and get back to us - May 15th, 2017
Status of application on ECAS changed from In Process to Decision Made - July 12th, 2017
PPR received - August 2nd, 2017
Passport submitted - August 3rd, 2017
Received email about status change in MyCIC Account to Approved - August 12th, 2017
Waiting on passport from NDVO/VFS

Side Note: We had included the PCC and the Medical forms before-hand. My wife's Medical was done in November 2016, and PCC was obtained in December 2016. Application was submitted in January 2017.

- I sent screenshots of my conversations with my wife on Whatsapp. I sent one non-personal screenshot for every month that i have known her (7 months),
- sent in photos of both of us with multiple family members on both sides, and also,
- I am given benefits at my workplace. I was able to obtain a company document that stated that once my wife gets here, she would be included in my Benefits coverage.

I just checked my wife's GCkey and under review of additional documents, it says "we need more documents to continue processing your file. We will send you a message with more details." We had submitted pretty much all the documents that they require, so is it possible that this may be a glitch?

Ya it most likely could be a glitch. We received PPR on August 2nd, but nothing changed on the MyCIC account. There is also no update on the ECAS since the 'Medical Results' note. As long as you follow the instructions in the correspondence they send, you should be fine.

My wife got her Dispatch message today. She had submitted it to the Bangalore Office on August 3rd, 2017. Hope this helps in estimating your anticipated dispatch. Good luck.

Its been already 20 days since my background check started..........n no updates after that......no DM......How long does it take to change to Decision Made after background check started......each day it feels like year of wait

Ya, the wait is killing but it looks like there will be a batch of DMs that will come in the coming week as there has not been any DM after the last batch of PPRs. There has been no progress on DM for the 2017 guys too. Fingers crossed and hope we get it soon.
