We got this email as well today. Jan 4th 2017 applicant, PA file processing began on Feb 6th 2017.

Maybe they set aside a number of Application that they will work on for sure but what about the ones waiting who didn't get such an email !

Yeah! Let me know if you get any updates on your application. A lot of later nov applicants have got dm and December and Jan are getting these emails, but we are stuck in the middle. Praying we get an update soon

I called cic and they told me to contact new delhi visa office but they didn't give me their contact number. So can anyone help me that how I am going to change the address for her? please and thankyou.

Just send New Delhi High Commission Canada email to update your wife's Canada address while her staying with you.
