Quick Update

Got PPR with COPR back from CPC -Ottawa yesterday.

Approx CPC Ottawa returns passport back in 7 to 10 working days.

They issued COPR with condition 51 ( PA need to stay for 2 years with sponsor in relationship -Which is standard in case of family spousal )

Good luck to all.

Thanks

Mostly updates comes on friday and monday.

Ndvo is picking up random files. I don't get how they function! But considering it's our government I can't be surprised.

Hi,
Is it necessary for Sponsor to be a full time, Can he be on a contract job while applying under spousal sponsorship?

Yep they are as chaotic, random as pollock's paintings; even there you might find a pattern.
NDVO's motto is to achieve their overall targets. If they can get some cherry picked files processed in record time they can bring the average time really low. But they forget that its people and not files they r dealing with. Can't say our govt because i had similar issues during my own pr application few years ago.

No minimum income requirements for spousal sponsorship
