Hi I am not sure why your medical isn't updated. I am an Oct applicant with an upfront medical exam and mine was updated long ago, right after I received my AOR.
Don't worry, hopefully they do it soon

OMG I think this is because they are addressing me with me previous surname, before applying I changed my surname to my husband's surname on my passport and then we applied for PR but I don't know why I was addressed by my old name when I received AOR and even on mycic I see my old name under the category applicant's name. I did mail the whole situation along with supporting docs on 10th of March but didn't hear from them, I even tried calling on the helpline but was asked to mail as she said we cannot do anything over the phone or in person.

What should I do now?

Did you call CIC in Canada?Try emailing them through the web form one more time.I think once they start the Sept files,there should be an update on your file.

Yes my husband did that on the same date but no response yet. I just hope it gets sorted asap

I (sep 19th). but then my spouse's med expired in Feb. They haven't even asked for re-submission. wonder what they r doing...

I can understand your situation, what I don't understand is this system, they never contact, they don't wana answer anything over the phone and they don't even reply back to your emails. Only thing we can do is wait
