Hey everyone am a 26th August applicant. I have been active in this group but as of now, no moment on my profile at all. No background check yet. Keeping fingers crossed. Looking by the trend i just saw one 22nd August applicant getting his DM. Is there Anyone beyond 22nd August who got his DM yet?

Medicals have also not been updated. I have sent them a case specific email asking them to confirm if they have received my medicals and they haven't replied since the email was sent one month ago. I have done medicals twice and still no updates.

Yes I did dear.,.. in vain.. it only told me that the additional documents that i sent on Feb 6th were received by them on March 3rd.

Hello,

I have applied for my wife's PR out-land in November 2016. Currently I am on vacation in India as my wife is still in India.

Is it possible that I could take some of her jewelry with me while returning back to Canada(Toronto)? If Yes, what documents/receipts are required ?

Also can I take the jewelry which is not in my wife's name with me ?

Can my wife bring all her jewelry with her after she lands in Canada with PR?

Please correct me if I am wrong that I could take maximum of CAD 10000 with me and not declare anything.

Please help me!!

Hello Folks,

Sorry for being out of touch for the last few days. I decided to go to India on a very short notice and ever since couldn't get online. I received my DM (18-03-2017) , PPR (21-03-2017) and have already sent the PP for stamping on (22-03-2017).

Thanks a lot for all your support. I am still in India and will be back to Ottawa next week. Till then communication, if needed will be very very very slow.

I did not receive an AOR 1or AOR 2 the application was filled completely and did my PCC and medicals upfront so they did not require and AOR2 for me.
