It depends..
If dey keep yur file aside due to this reason, den definitely it myt get delay..
Generally chances and experience so far says it delays...
But dat does not much difference.. if yu be prompt in replying them back (e-mail is preferable) then they myt take it in hand...

My GCMS note states my file was approved on 17th Feb and instead of sending me passport req, dey sent me medical req... and again dey received my sent medical report on 6th march and approved...
I have no idea what are they doing wid my file wen everything is done..
MP on 8th march says yur file is already sent for the ppr/dm process (means file was forwarded even before 8th march..)

This is so frustrating; because of their mistake i am not gettn any update since 1 month..
What kind of professional ppl are working I can't understand..

It will not impact your application. But I will suggest you to wait as August applicants are getting PPRs now. Visitor visa chances are 50-50.

Click on Profile
3- In profile page, on the left hand side, you vl find & click Forum Profile Information ..

Hi Everyone, i applied October 13, AOR 2 and file transfer Dec 13, i have a couple of questions.

I did not submit pictures of my spouse when i submitted the file, should i send them in now or wait for NDVO to ask?
I the sponsor have a renewed passport with my spouse 's name added recently, should i also update that to NDVO?

Yes, yu have to inform about the changes.. and the pictures of your marriage is one of the proof of your marriage ( they will ask yu sooner or later) and also the passport name change should be updated there because your current passport is now cancelled and new passport is issued..

It is advisable if yu send them the pictures of you n your spouse ( preferably marriage photographs) and also copy of the new passport with the cover letter( explaining things)..
Mail them soon on id- delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca and also post them the same...
