If you have access to GCKey, please login into the GC key window and there you will see the request for the RPRF as well. Pay the fee and download the receipt as a pdf and then upload it back in the GCKEy but merge the two documents, the request form and the receipt. Use this link (http://www.ilovepdf.com/download/8896a4e2883fb58aac6839a460100924_cadf90292f1411d7fd3a810e334ce5f2) to merge two pdf documents

Which two documents. One will b the receipt and what is the second one

Please help : before applying for PR i had my surname changed on my passport ( husband's surname) and now on GCKEY account and everywhere else they are referring me with my old surname. Will it cause any problem to my visa issuance

Send your new name change proof via email or webform to cic and NDVO by mail with proper explanation asap

Not to worry about that. It's normal.
Officer will ask you for your address that you would like to receive your PR card on, when you are landing.
you can keep the same address or you can give them new address that time.

but while applying we filed the application with my new surname and even submited my new passport copy and marriage certificate now while gcms note they have sent my husband an email where they want an authorization have addressed me with my previous surname

omething very interesting i would like to share with you folks,

When you receive an email from CIC/NDVO/IRCC folks and the email goes to say, "please submit this form along with the requested documents". What does this mean?

I have always found them to be the worst when it comes to official communications.

"please submit this form along with the requested documents" means when you go into GCKey
Under "View my submitted applications or profiles" your press "check status and messages"
In that page you see "View submitted application" towards the bottom of the page, please press on it and then the email which you have received shows up in the shape of a pdf document on your computer.
This is considered "the form" and this is what they mean when they say "please submit this form along with the requested documents"
So what you need to do is to merge this pdf form along with your pdf documents using (http://www.ilovepdf.com/) and upload them here and submit it.

Hope this helps the folks who are currently in the process of sharing information with CIC/NDVO/IRCC and for the new folks who have joined this group

Please send in the details of the name change, new PCC and all proofs to NDVO asap. If this is not addressed immediately it will certainly have an impact on your files approval and outcome. Act upon it asap

If you have applied your application with the correct surname then they need to fix it on their end for which again you need to send it the documents to prove your correct surname mentioning them to fix their records

Most likely in the case of Reps or Lawyers, this usually happens. When you get your PR card or when you apply for one, be sure to update the address online.

If CIC has your correct address then you are fine. Nothing for you to worry about
