Hi Guys,

Can anyone who had landed in Canada, or who are going to land soon, please share the experience of landing?

It will be helpful for fellow members, as many are confused with what forms are needed and all the formalities at the airport in terms of immigration & customs.

Hi Guys,

I am sponsoring my wife for spousal visa outside canada class. As per doc check list, she has to submit the Birth Certificates of family member, even if they are not accompanying her. Now, there is no birth certificate for her dad and mom. Her dad has aadhar card and passport but her mom only has aadhar card?

How can we work this out? Please help.

As stated on the sponsorship guide 3999, The family class includes, among others, persons who are the sponsor's
-spouse
-commonlaw
-partner
-conjugal partner
-dependant son or daughter

Parents are not considered as family members for sponsorship of a spouse...

1 review in progress or not
2 medicals are going to be checked >>passed or not
