Its your representative who gets the email. Bcz when I received a call from the embassy, I asked the lady to confirm the email ID they have and it was our representative's and I informed her that we had already removed our agents so she asked me for another ID.

Ooh ok but i still have a representative and he is not doing anything as i got DM on 14th feb.. so don't know what to do?? Come on NDVO come on
