No
you will wait in waiting hall 2.30 hours at airport
only if stay is long and you want to go out of airport than you need visa of that country.

Abu Dhabi - you dont need a transit Visa......
UK - you dont need a transit Visa since you have a valid Canadian Immigration Visa stamped in your passport.
You will be entering from the arrivals lounge and not crossing the immigration lane but will be directed to security checks and back to the departure terminals. There will be hang bag and personal belongings screenings. Specially at London make sure you dont have any liquids in your bags else they will be discarded (except for baby milk)

What things consider red flags? Is there any specific thread for it?
There is no such thing as a red flag, its a term made by the anxious people of this forum for things like
1. Age gap between spouses
2. Wife's age more than husbands
3. Second, third or fourth marriage
4. Late marriages
5. List can be endless but i cant think of more stuff...... ;)

Hi guys
This is so boring
1-We received your application for permanent residence on October 20, 2015.
2-We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 8, 2016.
3-We started processing your application on December 29, 2015.
Medical results have been received.
4-We sent you correspondence on April 27, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

and when should I expect next step?
How long is it gonna take?
What was the correspondence that you have received in April 2016.

If you haven't received it, please get a hold of your MP and request them for intervening in this matter asap. OR

If you have received it and you have sent back the reply then, it shouldn't have taken this long. The replies usually as received and updated internally within 15 days. But i would recommend you to approach the MP for this as well.

Hopefully you see some movement soon. I will pray for you.

Hi Guys,

Can someone plz help in immigration process at Canada airport?

I heard that you have to make a list of all things that you are carrying with you & you have to show them at airport.

What if we only carry cloths, dry snacks, shoes. in short nothing extra ordinary expensive stuff.

Do we still have to list all these things on paper?

No. It's only in case if goods will be following later or if you carry high value stuff

Please do keep in mind, if anything goes in your mouth for consumption its considered food. So please try to be honest and open about it. Don't bring in uncooked meat, veggies, plants or diary. Cooked foods are ok as long as you declare them and if you fail to declare them and get caught, first fine is $800 and after that every single time you cross into canada you will be subjected to search.

Some of folks might be thinking, i have crossed into so many times but never got caught, yes you are the lucky ones but luck can only run for so long. So please be vigilant.

And yes please declare everything and everything i mean in terms of small or large monetary value on the forms, let them decide, its their duty and not ours......they do get a bit un-happy when u try to do their job

Its going to be general questions such as;
1. When did you guys met?
2. How do you guys communicate with each other?
3. Does your friends and family involved in the ceremony?
4. Questions about his or her spouse...

They will ask questions based on whatever information you provided so far. What's your application timeline?
