NDVO is giving PPR on basis on medical rcvd
thats not at all fair

Ndvo should work on basis of file rcvd atleast
Seriously looking this trend ....red in anger
thr are soo many june july applicants with medicals in may and june didnt rcvd PPR till now
lazy hon di v hadh hundi aa
august applcnts did thr medicals in july mostly...so that means we have to wait 2 months as NDVO is working on files with medicals in may ...
All other foreign office are already done with september applicants too
And our mhaan NDVO office still at june july applications
And not only june july ....still may applcnts are left
I am really frustated
In actual my file was sent in june and due to some reasons was sent again and rcvd in august
First anniv ,many first festivals after wedding all spent in waiting time

Like me many are waiting, its not only about me,i know some are waiting from more than 12 months too
They had made temprory visa too difficult for outland spouse ,almost 50 percent are refused.

If process cant be done fast...atleast they should give all spouse applicants multiple visit visa
All outland spousal applicants should get temporary visa as soon as they get spousal approval.

Hello guys...

I am july 28 2016 applicant ..

AOR 2 - Sep 19 2016 NDVO

Last night, I received an email request from NDVO ....

******

Dear Sponsor / Applicant,

This refers to your application for admission to Canada.

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following information and documents:

Please provide additional original photographs of the wedding ceremony showing the actual religious wedding ceremony like tying of mangalsutra and sindoor, pheras - circulation around the holy fire, the thread ceremony, the kanyadaan ceremony. reception of barat and Doli and marriage reception and of the claimed attendance and of guests having a meal; All pre and post wedding rituals and ceremonies.

Please provide additional photographs of outings made by you and your sponsor, details of sponsor’s any subsequent trips and any other post wedding family photos and any additional proof of communication.

*******

I need to submit all these proofs within 30 days.

I have other proofs like (spouse 3 visits), financial help support documents, skype/what'sApp history, pre wedding ceremony photos and photos guests in marriage having meal, post wedding photographs......

In our tradition, we don't do mangalsutra and sindoor, pheras - circulation around the holy fire in public. We went to temple after big celebration and did mangalsutra, sindoor and pheras. But it is ancient temple of our cast goodness, where photography is not allowed and it is auspicious. (Only close relative of my and wife were allowed to do in temple)

Guys...I need help, what I can send for mangalsutra, sindoor and pheras ? ?

I am planning to send following documents.....

1) Photos of pre wedding (dance and all)
2) Photos of pre wedding ceremony (which is a day before)
3) Photos of me and my wife (we went to USA two times for vacation and my wife came to Canada to stay with me for 1 month and went to few places in Canada to visit)
4) Boarding passes / car rental receipts / hotel booking for our vacations
4) My wife is student and I paid her tuition fee (so i am planning to attach bank wire transfer receipts)
5) What'sApp history / Skype Call history / Facebook Free call history /

Please advise !!!! It is frustrating ....

Completely Agree with you. They should give the applicant TRV after SA approval. Would make life easy for everyone.

Thank you so much for quick response....

I am scared that I don't have those pics....Actually, I have so many other proofs (as I listed above) but don't have specific photos of ceremony (they have asked for) because of tradition in my cast and due to belief of our hindu cast goddess.

I will write all explanation that why I don't have these pics....But i feel nervous....

Don't be nervous buddy. Explain in your letter which part of India and what cast etc and tell them we don't follow those rituals you have asked for. Our marriage ceremony is like this...
