Sorry as i hve been forwarded the pdf form, i cannot copy paste..
My mail says that "these medical instructions are been issued since your application has been processed to the stage where medication examination result are now required. Please read the instructions carefully.
Important: you should undergo medical examinations within 30 days of this letter. Ignorance of this can cause the file to refusal."

This was the mail and they have added the instructions for how to undergo medical examinations. That's it.
Also, they have attached the form that have my uci no, ime no and application no., panel name n signature, etc

Also i had one question that if this mail is there any mistake..... because in last line they say pls attach your documents with this form and end the mail there is no form in my mail
So if there possible that i had recived half mail

If there is no form attached to your email, then i presume the email content is considered as the form itself. Its a very poor quality of communication from them, nonetheless you need to reply asap to clear this matter with them that your had already done your medicals and for some reason unknown to you they didn't reach them on time. You can always revisit your medical office and request them to resend the medicals which they had done for you earlier.

At the same time just reply to the email they have provided and act on it fast

Hi People,

I am Canadian PR about to sponsor my wife.
My wife is working and she took two months vacation for our wedding. She is living at my parental home and will join her duties in Delhi on 1st March now. We are about to apply for sponsorship application within this week. But, I am confused about her current address in background declaration form. Right now, she does not have any rented accommodation as she left the one she was renting before going on vacation. Should we wait for her to go to Delhi, find a new rented apartment and use that as current address or can we use any acquaintance's address?

Please advice.

Please keep in mind that the address which you are mentioning as the main address should be the one on the passport. And while getting PCC it has to be mentioned as well. If the address on her passport is of her parents, then stick to that and keep that as a the main address. If its yours, then use it. She can live in an rented place once she resumes work and at the same time when you apply for her PCC, in the form do fill out the address where she has lived and is currently living. They will visit all the places and give you a PCC.

Thanks for the reply. Also, I am planning to send the Background information upfront. Is it good way to go? They usually say to submit background form and PCC later.

ya, u r rt dumdumhogayamein...because my ecas show medical-review in progress...n in my mail they r notify that pls attach ur document with this form but in my mail i have no receive any form through cic...n also i send my old medical scan copy on cic email address 2-3 times but they gave me msg that ur mail not deliverd because inbox is full...
i think they should forget to attached remedical form with mail
i will go for mp inqury...once again thank u for ur help n also u will get good news soon with ur file...

You are correct, looks like the new process is fairly structured so that the officers only review whats asked for at each step of the process. Makes the processing faster and less time on them to parse through the required documentation. I would do as they say as well.

Now my application is not linked. I am becoming restless to know if my applicant is approved or not. On ECAS it doesn't specify what the final decision is made.

No additional request or no interview request made (even if it was made, we didn't receive any such request).

what should I expect now, after DM, like next process/ steps and timeline for the same.

DM is a Decision made. Mycic wont change right now but now you will get some confirmation either in the mail or email whichever you chose to opt for. 1~2 weeks max. Hang in there and congrats

The Ecas system updates 24 hours before the GCKey system. So maybe withing 48 hrs you could see some update on your GCKey. Good Luck A&A

We already had her PCC made and that's of her parental home address. Her passport also has her parental home address. But, my question was more on list of addresses we have to put for last 10 years. So, what should I input as a current address? I dont think we can put her parental home address there as she is still working and resume for duties 1 March.
