I do not think that would affect your file processing. But, think about it your file is more than likely in final stages. You do not want to be messing around unnecessarily. Just a little bit of patience and keep following up with your representative couple of times in a week. You may be getting good news very soon!
Yea.. thanx..
V thinkn the same.. :(

I have suffered a huge waiting period waiting for my husbands PPR. We are originally April 2015 applicants but we had to withdraw and re-apply. We did this only after seeing something important on our notes. Sadly CIC didn't notify us about a query on our file, instead they just put our file aside and waiting for us to respond. Thank god we ordered notes (after a year) and learned what was happening with our file.

Order notes once your file has been transferred to India. I would say after 4 months. Make sure everything is ok. Don't wait a year like we did.

Good luck everyone.
Wat was der in notes??
Means was der any documentation issues or anything that is not informed??

if your sponser is living in Canada you fall under the category of 12 months . You should check processing times on CIC website . it says total of 12 months , including time spent on sponser's approval . Regardless of your AOR 2 , you are still a june applicant .
But my medical expire on 11 march 2017

Hello guys..
20 July applicant...should I apply for the GCMS notes or should wait for this month???

YES! Definitely order notes! It will give you peace of mind if everything is correct. It looks like the wait time is between 6-8 months so you are most likely on track but order notes, it will take you a month to get them.

Order notes, you will find out why they are making you wait, although its only been eight months and they do take up to a year. But still ordering notes is a smart decision, it will take you a month to get them. Hopefully by then you get your visa!

yes in the notes all the way at the end it said relevant information found about the principal applicant (my husband) it said he had apply for a visitors visa to Canada and was declined. This was completely shocking because my husband said he never applied for a visitors visa to Canada. Later we figured out what must have happened, but we were advised by a lawyer to withdraw and apply again. We didn't want to take a risk have having our file sit and possibly get declined. Order notes and read everything carefully. See if something doesn't make sense. That sentence at the end was the reason why our file was just sitting. I just wish they had contacted us! We never knew, after a year when I ordered notes I found out this information.

hi all we applied visitors visa before applying PR and rejected
we are july 26 applicant
is that a problem for me ?
