Hi,

I am July Applicant from Quebec.

No update yet. I think there are only couple of applicants here where sponsor is from Quebec.

When did u got CSQ?

Hi
Thanks for this point.
I will be moving to Quebec in next two months.
But my SA has been approved in Alberta. By the time NDVO process my spouse application, I will start my job in Quebec.
Do i need to submit this certificate to NDVO?

OK thanks.
And what about District Police? Do we need a seperate clearance from them?
It seriously makes me cry. They are making it sooo complicated when I already submitted the original One via courier.
hi bro did u return e-mail copy with original pcc which u get from ndvo as request for pcc ?? I am 21st June applicant nd get same request for pcc .. plz make me update what they required ..

I have suffered a huge waiting period waiting for my husbands PPR. We are originally April 2015 applicants but we had to withdraw and re-apply. We did this only after seeing something important on our notes. Sadly CIC didn't notify us about a query on our file, instead they just put our file aside and waiting for us to respond. Thank god we ordered notes (after a year) and learned what was happening with our file.

Order notes once your file has been transferred to India. I would say after 4 months. Make sure everything is ok. Don't wait a year like we did.

Good luck everyone.

I'm a girl..lol and we emailed the documents to them on the email addresses mentioned on their website amd like after a week our agent forwarded us the email which says provide PCC frm each country/State where period of stay jas been 6 months or more. And I stayed in Chandigarh for 2 years..dont know what NDVO is asking for. And I have not returned the email with requested documents. Just trying to clear things.

If the SA is approved from Alberta, then you don't need the CSQ. CSQ is only for sponsors living in Quebec, when applying.

But i still believe that you should take advise from someone, who is like immigration lawyer or something. Just to be on safer side.

As per my judgement if the file reached New delhi in December 2016
It can be anywhere between 6 to 7 months maximum.

but i am wondering how it took 6 months gap between aor 1 and aor 2?

if your sponser is living in Canada you fall under the category of 12 months . You should check processing times on CIC website . it says total of 12 months , including time spent on sponser's approval . Regardless of your AOR 2 , you are still a june applicant .

Hello guys..
20 July applicant...should I apply for the GCMS notes or should wait for this month???

I would say wait for 20 more days , apply on 30th feb . that way you might know if your files is being processed . I am june 27 applicant , I applied on 19 Dec . all I saw in my files was paper file is transferred to some FCU-CA room , that's all .

My wife is Canadian citizen , like I told she's coming to India , we were just wondering if she can personally visit embassy , will they give any information regarding our spouse case

You are allowed to remove your agent. Just keep in mind, if there is a query then you will have to manage it on your own.
