I DONT KNOW IF AGE GAP IS CONSIDERED AS A RED FLAG, WE HAVE ALMOST 7-8 YR GAP AND GOT NO INTERVIEW REQUEST/ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT REQUEST. MAY 27 APPLICANT GOT PPR EMAIL ON MONDAY.

she was told that it might take 7-10 days

So many interviews , whats going on guys?

No BG on process for June applicants since couple days but lot of interview emails.

This is not a good sign.

Totally scared.

Not sure if I am posting in the right forum. I am asking this question on behalf of someone else. The husband lives in Afghanistan and just got an e-mail saying to send Passport thru VFS. It says contact VFS India or Nepal. Can he contact VFS Pakistan instead since its closer to him and he can travel there? Also how long does it take from sending to get passport back with Visa as he wants to know how long he should expect to stay in Pakistan to wait for the passport. Final question is does VFS send the passport to your address or tells you to come pick it up?

Hi I am also sponsoring my wife from Afghanistan your first questions I'm not sure about but your final question he probably has to pick it up because Afghanistan doesn't have posting services (Unless Kabul does) My wife is from Herat and my plan is when her PPR happens we go to India together get her visa then travel back to Canada together my cousin had also done the same thing hope this sort of helped you.

I'm confused is it better to hire interpreter or not as i think there may be problem in listening if the interviewer is native speaker ? Any suggestions ?Thank u !!!!
