Your husband is also an applicant - He has applied to to be a sponsor to you. By the looks of it - He was already approved as a sponsor and your PA file was transferred to NDVO, but for now they are revisiting his file just to make sure that he still qualifies to be an approved sponsor.

Make sure that he replies to that e-mail and sends all the required papers. If he is on the WCA I am sure they understand that concept and it work be a problem.

Let me know if I can help more. :)

Oh thank you so much... at least now I know that he should reply... I will reach out to you for sure... Thank you for lending that helping hand... :)

I am waiting for another 30 mins before I wake my husband and inform him about all this mess.

Hello Guys I am May 17th Applicant. Had Background Check in progress since January 10th.
Yesterday my wife got a call from NDVO asking her to send her passport through VFS.
So this Morning we went to the VFS office Ahmedabad with the copy of PPR and 2 Photos.

so is it ok if my husband received the email and I reply them??? I think technically we should use the same email address they sent the email on.. Right??

Did you husband indicate his email for reviewing all communication from CIC? That could be one reason they sent the email to him.... you can still send it on his behalf as it pertains to your sponsorship!

June 6 applicant, did not pay the RPRF upfront, could that be the reason for slow processing of my wife's file? How can i pay the fee now and update with cic? Any help is welcome, thanks
Please pay the fees as early as possible. This is supposed to be done by AOR2 stage when you receive the email from NDVO, the email clearly dictates this information.

I dont understand the info about but from what i read, it says that you have received DM on Jan 12 2017 and now you are waiting for the PPR. In my opinion the wait is usually 10~15 days of waiting. So i would suggest to wait another week or so. Hopefully by then you should have it. If i have misunderstood you then please explain us some more

!!!URGENT HELP!!

My husband (sponsor) just received an email from Delhi immigration but it is addressed to me..
It says ,Dear Applicant,

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Kindly send us proof that your sponsor,Eric is working in Canada.

This may include employment letters, bank statements and Certificate from the employer.

Sincerely,

Immigration Section, New Delhi
High Commission of Canada in India / Government of Canada

He is not working for the past few months and is on WCB as he suffered work injury.. we submitted the job letter initially ...
Not sure what should I do now ... My case has been in BGC since 12th Jan..
Hi there, by now you have received so much helpful info and with me repeating it here is like beating a dead horse but i will still share it;
1. Does not matter who got the email, just formulate everything properly and send it off.
2. Reply from the same email to which the email was sent
3. List of things to add in your reply;
a. A letter describing the situation and dates like work, injury, surgery and injury leave. Be sure to put dates
b. If possible get a company letter stating that he was an employee and not on injury leave
c. Don't get a letter from the company asking them to say that your husband may or will join back once his injury time is over, usually companies dont give out such letters.
d. Pay stubs
e. tax returns
f. Bank statements showing automatic deposits

This should be more than enough, they are not sure of somethings and they just want to finalise your case. And yes trust me when i say this, no one here cares if your a Punjabi and hes a French Canadian.

Please dont let your mind wander and think things which are not there. Its a simple request from NDVO. Don't sit on this for too long, Don't haste into getting documents also.

All the best and God Bless
