one more thing. I am checking my ecas everyday but haven't seen background check in progress. it was just changed to decision made directly. Is this normal? Am I going to get PPR in next couple of days?

what r the options for submitting ppr in punjab? can we do it in chd or delhi both? can we submit in person or it has to be mail/courier? any special precautions should we take? please advise. thanks.
