How much time does visa stamping take. I sent the passport for my wife on 9th January at Ottawa. When should I expect the passport to be dispatched?

I think you are of d few left from april 2016 batch . May be its late due to non-upfront medicals.

5-7 business days, but i would say give it 2 weeks

NDVO called again and said he has been working on the file since morning and finalized everything.
He sent PPR email and invitation to delhi to collect visa on monday.
